5 mm Cushioned Metal Adjustable Shelf Supports

NOT to be confused with 1/4" shelf pins.
Measure you hole size carefully.
If your hole is ANYTHING less than 1/4" then you need the 5mm.
(5mm is just a hair over 3/16")
(If your hole is a full 1/4" then these are too small and will have a tendency to fall out)

Supports with metal pins, such as these, hold infinitely more weight than the ones that are all plastic.
